We are currently seeking an individual that is dependable and can work independently to handle all the administrative duties of this office and to support 2 Project Managers and the Accountant. The successful candidate must have strong computer skills and have the ability to multi-task. Experience with Office 2013, Adobe and Peachtree Accounting Software, and ability to import/export from external sources.

Duties include, but not limited to:

·         Answer phones, filing and general office duties

·         Auditing weekly expenses submitted by construction staff

·         Collecting and verification of time cards submitted and accuracy for job costing

·         Preparing accounts payable for entry and coding for job costing

·         Various general accounting duties to assist the Accountant

·         Reconcile monthly multiple credit card accounts for accuracy and job costing

·         Set up AIA schedules for new projects and for construction invoicing

·         Maintaining W9 records

·         Maintaining insurance certificates of subcontractors and working with insurance agency to obtain certificates for new projects
